Sean Wins Porsche Supercup Home Race!

Oakley Design test and development driver Sean Edwards wins his home race at Silverstone in tricky wet conditions.

Following 3 hot days at the Polish Poznan track on the prestigious GT Polonia event demonstrating the Oakley Design 997 GT3 and Carrera GT with Oakley Design's Jon Oakley, Sean Edwards returned to the UK in great shape to take on his home Supercup race supporting the British Grand Prix.

Following a solid dry qualifying session on the Saturday, Sean started 9th on the Silverstone grid in the tricky wet conditions. Sean held his own throughout the opening laps, moving up the field to take an impressive win in front of his home crowd.
